Chefs Corner
We have a new cook! Rory Hamilton from Fredonia. Rory brings Steak and Bar-B-Que experience with him, be sure to come out Friday Night the 16th and sample some real "Smokehouse" BBQ here at the Club. We'll be opening the Rajah Room to the general public for the BBQ Saturday night in the near future.
Green Thumb
Greens are some kinda fast ,huh? Hope you all enjoyed them while it lasted. Now that cold weather has set in, we wont be mowing as often as we did this fall, but we still intend to keep them shorter than we have in the past. We continue to search for a new Greens Super. Remeber to use the 90 degree rule and PLEASE repair ball marks on greens. The pix outside of the Pro Shop is our #1 green, the white tees are placed on unrepaired and/or improperly repaired ball marks, we only had 500 tees.....We ran out befor we could mark them all!
A wish list from ED: Commercial Carpet Cleaner, complete set of Craftsman tools for the club house, stainless steel tables for kitchen and oh yeah, 130 new general members. still the same wishes....
